The Clipper Men's Soccer Program is excited to announce the signing of Safwan Smael from North Thurston High School in Lacey, Washington. Safwan, a local student-athlete from North Thurston is also a 2019 Washington State Championship U19 Finalist with Washington Premier Black.

Coach Murillo said, " I am extremely excited for Safwan. This is a big signing for our program. Not only is he a great young man but he has immense determination and ambition, qualities that I really admire in young student-athletes. Safwan has top level club experience playing with Washington Premier in the US Soccer National League. Along with that competitive experience and his self-determination, he has immense potential. We are very happy to have him join the Men's Soccer program and know he is a key recruit in building this program to compete in the NWAC."
