Women's basketball went 0-2 over the weekend at the Linn-Benton Classic falling Friday night to Mt Hood 88-39, and Saturday night to host Linn-Benton 74-36. In Friday nights game, sophomore guard Jasmine Griffin had a double-double posting 11 points and 10 rebounds, while fellow sophomore Lainee Grose led all the Clippers with 14 points going 4-7 from behind the arc. Saturday saw the Clippers battling the host Linn-Benton, where they were unable to overcome a 1st quarter deficit, falling to the Roadrunners 74-36. Lainee Grose led all scorers with 17 points. The Clippers will enjoy a short break, before traveling to Clark College on Saturday November 30th for the Noon tip-off.
