Clippers fall to Titans

The Clippers were hungry for a win to start the final month of the season with sophomore Keilani Brown out scoring both teams with 23 points, 14 rebounds, 2 steals, and 1 block. Fellow sophomores Jaysa Brandis (8 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists) and Hannah Gifford (6 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 assist) did their best to add to the score, but it just wasn't enough. Despite a valiant effort, our Clippers couldn't shake the aggressive Tacoma Titans and fell 45-72.

The Clippers now sit with a 4-17 record overall and 2 game losing streak. Do not despair, there is still time for a late season turn around and with four upcoming home games, there are plenty of opportunities to come out and show your support. The Clippers face off against Green River this Saturday February 8th at The Evergreen State College. In their last match up, the Clippers outscored the Gators 70-48 securing their first win of the season. Here's hoping for a repeat!
