In Wednesday night's match up, the Clippers faced off against a tough Lower Columbia College Devils squad.

With their work cut out for them, the Clippers gave it their best shot, but fell to the Devils 94-51. Adding to the defeat was the late fourth quarter knee injury to sophomore forward Keilani Brown, which forced her to sit out the remainder of the game.

Sophomore Jasmine Griffin led the team in scoring with a 18 points, 10 rebounds, 4 steals, and 1 assist. Freshman Tracey Abesamis had a conference game high of 5 points and went 1-2 from the three point arch.

With this loss, the Clippers are now 5-5 in the division, holding onto fifth place in the West, with four games remaining.

The Clippers travel north this weekend to face Pierce College (3-7) at 5:00pm this Saturday.
