WBB Clippers Come Up Short

With seven ties and twelve lead changes, the Clippers battled the Highline Thunderbirds throughout all four quarters of play in Wednesday's home game at The Evergreen State College.

Sophomore Jasmine Griffin marked an impressive triple double with 14 rebounds, 10 assists, and 13 points overall. While fellow sophomore Keilani Brown added 13 rebounds and 29 points.  With thirteen seconds left, a pair of free throws sealed the win for the Thunderbirds, and handed the Clippers their seventh loss of the conference season.

Up next for the Clippers is their second match up against Grays Harbor (0-11) in what proves to be another exciting game. Saturday February 22nd not only marks the final home game at The Evergreen State College, but is also our special Sophomore Night celebration! Be there to support your Clippers in their last home game of the season and salute our tremendous sophomore athletes. Tip off at 1:00pm!
