Odom, Grams, Miller Honored with NWAC Post-Season Awards

Sophomore Janae Odom, and freshmen Jayde Grams both were honored with NWAC Honorable Mention awards, and sophomore setter Sydney Miller landed on the NWAC All-Academic Team, as announced by the conference office this week. 

Odom, the outside hitter from Waianae, HI, finished 11th in the NWAC in kills per set with 3.48.  The sophomore will now look to continue her academic and volleyball career at a 4-year University next year.  

Grams, the defensive specialist/libero from Bonney Lake, WA, finished 10th in the NWAC wth .52 aces per set, and found countless digs from the back row to fuel the Clippers offense. 

Miller, the sophomore setter from Battleground, WA, placed 12th in the NWAC with 7.08 assists per set, while also excelling in the classroom garnering the NWAC All-Academic team honor.  This award is given to 2nd year student-athletes who have comleted 36 credit hours, with a 3.5 gpa or higher.  Sydney will look to continue her academic and athletic career at a 4-year University next year.
