Trotter Named NWAC Player of the Week

OLYMPIA, Wash. - Sharay Trotter had a pair of impressive performances for the Clippers leading them to two wins over Grays Harbor 79-51 and Pierce 75-47. In the win over Grays Harbor, Trotter had 23 points with eight rebounds, three assists and two steals. She followed up with a career-high of 38 points on 16-of-24 shooting. She added six boards, six steals and two assists. On the week she averaged 30.5 PPG, 7.0 rebounds and 4.0 steals. Trotter currently leads the NWAC in scoring (20.7 PPG) and is second in steals per game (4.3). 

"Her hard work during practices are starting to be displayed through games and we are so proud of her," said head coach Darah Vining.
