Women's Volleyball finishes third season

2018 Women's volleyball team at end of year banquet

The SPSCC volleyball team ended their 2018 season, headed by first year Head Coach Tusalava Kuaea, with an overall record of 4-28.

The Clippers picked up two wins at the beginning of the season, beating out Everett and Whatcom on the same day. In conference play, they gained a win over Green River on October 3, with sophomore Alexis Sharp recording 9 kills and 11 points. They claimed victory over Green River again on October 26, led by 12 kills and 15 points from freshman Jahlett Talalemotu Tofi, who also lead the team in points for the season.

At the end of year banquet, awards were given to Hannah Smith (Most Improved), Jahlett Talalemotu Tofi (Offensive Player), I'asa Atimalala (Defensive Player) and Mikayla Collins (Clipper Award).
