Overall 

The summer of 2022 saw the return of Clipper Athletics Camps for the first time since the pandemic. We were excited to have roughly 60 campers join us for our Volleyball and Soccer camps! The turnout was great as we re-launched camps and continued growing them to support our community's athletes. We look forward to announcing our summer 2023 camp lineup in early 2023!

Women's Soccer Camp

Coach Becca Mader said of soccer camp, "Our first ever women's soccer youth camp at SPSCC was a great success! We had excellent campers who came with a great attitude every day, got better every day, and were fun (with things like daily dance parties and crazy music requests). We are so excited to keep this camp growing each year. "Coach Becca was joined by players and staff who assisted in coaching the campers and providing an excellent environment for the young players to grow!

Volleyball Camp

Our 2022 Clipper Volleyball Camps blew our expectations out of the water and were highly successful. The gym was filled with incredible energy from campers and our SPSCC athletes as they worked together to build confidence, volleyball IQ, and love for the game. 

In addition, multiple current SPSCC women's volleyball players assisted with the camp and gained valuable skills while sharing their knowledge of the game. Coach Kuaea said, "As a coach, it was incredible to watch our student-athletes step into a role as both confident leaders and young women. I always say, 'If you can teach a skill, you truly know it.' Our campers loved being able to work hand in hand with collegiate athletes, and we are looking forward to hosting next year!"
